A Hawaiian Sub

I am on day three of Operation No Pepsi and while I doubt I will be able to make it to day ten or even day seven, I have found a viable substitute. While I have never been a real fan of any kind of fruit punch, Hawaiian Punch lite provides just enough refreshment that I have been able to put my Pepsi cravings on hold (for now). At only 10 calories for every 8oz. glass (compared to 150 for a 12oz Pepsi) I am able to chug a few cups after a trip of the elliptical or a torture session with Jillian "Nobody Likes Me So I Will Make Them Pay In Tears" Michaels and not worry about killing my calorie count.

My birthday was today and I did eat cake, but my wife made some awesome substitutes the cut the calories in half and still made it one hell of a fine tasting cake. Thank you honey. I love ya!

Workout
Attempted once again to complete Level 1 of Jillian Michaels' (who will hereby be known as The Workout Witch) 30-day Shred. I have asked my wife if I would be allowed to punch the Witch through the television whenever she tells me to "...not quit on her." I have started cussing again because of this evil Emperess of the Exercise. I have also realized that I am woefully weak in my arms it is pitiful, not even being able to do six continual push-ups without stopping. I seriously suck.
