Gumming It Up

Some of you may have noticed my excessive gum chewing habit since I began my diet. Believe me, Orbit sugar-free gum has been a life saver when it comes to satisfying my snacking urges - WHICH ARE ALL THE @%!$@# TIME! At less than 5 calories a piece, it has been there whenever I want to shovel 15 of those damn Brownie bites down my throat or chug down a case of Pepsi. Through it all - Orbit has been there, even if I have to chew 3-4 pieces at a time. I love you Orbit.

Also of note, I have went 2 days without a Pepsi. That my friends, is an accomplishment.

Workout
Due to the poor weather, we have been rotating between the elliptical and Jillian Michaels Workout of Death. Today was the elliptical and I did the Level 4 Cross County program for 45 minutes, burning 857 calories and travelling 3.94 miles in a pool of sweat in the process.
