Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

Little Setbacks

Oddly, I've had very little appetite in the early morning hours at work - something that was totally unexpected in the least. Usually during work nights, I ending up eating at least 500-600 calories before 6:00am - hereby causing me to scramble at the end of the evening and cut out parts of dinner to make it under my calorie limit. These last two days, I have not been hungry at all in the AM.

This however has come back to haunt me in the afternoon as I am starving by the time I leave work at noon. Yes, there was another trip for snack wraps at McDonald's and a over indulgence of pasta at dinnertime so I did in fact, came in over my 2000-2200 calorie window.

Workout
Due to the fact that I had less that one hour sleep in the last 48, I took a short nap from the time a got home (1:00pm) until well...it was time it was go to bed. So Jillian will have to wait until tomorrow - at least the television was saved for American Idol.
