Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

Bowling...Dinner...Calories.

It was that time again, the yearly company bowling tournament where in years past I would partake in a few alcoholic beverages, but not this year - no way. This year I was coming out of there clean and sober.

Of course having been awake since 11pm the evening before, I went with Pepsi instead - which really did help matters calorie-wise.

As far as the steak, I do allow myself one good meal a month, and this one was our yearly feast with my best friend Will and his family. Now Will and I are pretty big guys and when we get together at a resteraunt like this - there will be much consumption of food.

Altogether, the resulting calories was far better that I expected. I estimated high for most things for dinner, taking from various sources on the net since the resteraunt didn't have any nutritional information handy.

Workout
With a company bowling tournament and dinner afterward, there isn't much chance to sleep not to mention work out.
