Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

The Cheat Day

There was none. Although I shoveled dinner into my face so fast and furious, I could probably count it as upper arm exercise.

Wow, it was a busy day. It started with Kindermusik, a trip to the McKinley Museum (with lunch on the way) with the playgroup, Dave's annual work bowling tournament and our yearly dinner with some of our very dear friends that includes eating until someone pops a button. (Thanks Will & Cathy for treating us to a lovely dinner! Next year, it's on us.)

We're calling this our monthly cheat day. Everyone deserves one.
