Good News, Bad News

Today was a day that I just wanted to get through. I had been tired from working all weekend and there is just one thing that I want to do when I am tired -- EAT. When I got home, instead of going to bed like I should have done, dear old Grimm decided to snack on everything and anything I could get my hands on.

However, we did get batteries for our digital scale. As of today I am 257 - down 8 pounds from the 265 a week or so ago. So far so good.

Workout
This can be considered as an excuse in part due to being exhausted from working the weekend and getting very little sleep while away at my fathers house - but I did not work out today. I know. I know. I suck.
