Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

My Wife Hates Me

I think may wife secretly hates me. Not only does she make Macraroni & Cheese (one of my favorite foods) at 11pm, she eats it right in front of me. This frustrated me so much that I forced myself to stay awake until the clock struck midnight then ran to the fridge to gobble up her leftovers.

Secondly, she made brownies. Oh sure, she would tell you that they were for the Story Time group at the library (wink wink), but I think she just wanted to have me salivating at the smells coming from the kitchen like Pavlov's dog. Thankfully she cut them up into little 85 calorie bites so that I was able to sample 1 or 2 or 4 of them.

Last, she had me do the Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred program. If you have ever done the Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred program you know the pain that I am currently going through and realize how much disdain I have for Jillian Michaels and her damn 30-day shred program.


Workout
I did (or rather attempted to do) Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred on Level 1 with Julia beside me every step of the way. I believe she may have picked up a few new expletives along the way as I cursed the name of Jillian Michaels for making such a ridiculous workout and Leslie for not declining my offer to try it.
