Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

Punished By The Diet Gods

When I was a teen, I used to chuckle at people who claimed they gained weight due to stress. Now that I am in my thirties - I am no longer chuckling. Hell, I'm not even smiling. Stress is the sole reason those damn little cinnamon graham cracker bugs look so damn good. I just need to bite the head off of something and those tiny critters are perfect.

It seems as if the Diet Gods have deemed us cheaters and punished us by killing Leslie's van today. Ebb and Flow. Ying and Yang. You cheat on diet, you will pay - and not just in pounds.

So couldn't these Diet Gods pay us whenever we stay on track for like a week? Talk about your inspiration!

Workout
No workout today due to being at work and on the road for the majority of the time. However, I did manage to check out a few running locations in the area where I work for when the weather isn't so damn rainy (or snowy as it turned tonight).
