Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

There's A Zombie On My Couch

Yesterday started off well enough, feeling pretty good to the point that I did a little housework and was able watch over the girls as the wife ran some errands. By 3:00pm however, I was in a zombie-like state as I sat on the couch staring blankly at the television. I couldn't exactly tell you what I was watching or if it was even on to begin with. What does this have to do dieting? Not a thing - just to say that a workout was not in the cards.

Feeling much better today (Sunday) as my vacation reaches its end. Isn't it wonderful how these little things work out?

Workout
Well considering I failed to post anything at there were no EMT or police at my door last night, you guys really care about me. Apparently, I had not hit the worst of my cold until yesterday - keeping me from doing my workout for the second straight day. Fear not however, as I write this at 2:00pm on Sunday - I have already had my elliptical workout for today. But, that is tonights post.

I'm not. I leave it up to him. Wright or wrong. :)

Of course, now that I know it's there, I'm going to have to fix it. HAVE TO.
