Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

The Importance of The Book

While it's one thing to try on stay on a calorie track when I have my little black book, it is quite another to write down everything I eat on slips of paper and keep track when I leave that little black book at home.

I almost nailed it. That stupid extra Pepsi hurt. I use the excuse that I have no pop to drink while I am home so I try and make of for it while I am here. The truth is that once again, I had one too many - one too many chicken breasts and one too many Pepsi's.

Workout

Have you ever tried Pepsi One? I think that it is much better than diet and it would save so many calories. Once you get used to it, regular is way too sweet.

I have tried it. I have REALLY tried to like it. REALLY. But I just could not get used to the taste.
