Oh people. The diet was hard today. I met some friends at a darling little local cafe for lunch, which was delightful in every way except calories. Who knows the nutritional information on the stuff I ate? No one. It's a mystery. So I guessed and tried to err on the high side of the calorie counter.

*(Can you believe they make these?!!?!? Help me, Tom Cruise!)

What do you order when you eat out and don't have nutritional information for the items on the menu?

You are doing GREAT so far! I am very inspired.

I'm about 1 month away from having my 3rd (read:last) kiddo and after that it's a long haul to losing baby weight from 3 in 3 years.

How do you like the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred? I've looked at it 2x now and then I see it posted here? I think that seals the deal! :D

Keep it up woman!

I LOVE the 30 Day Shred. It's a short, but really effective workout. When I was working out with the trainer last year, she followed the same formula - circuits of strength-cardio-abs. It's a hard workout, but it will give you results.
