Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

Perhaps people could write comments that include their favorite low-cal treat. One of my all time favorites are Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges. Have you seen them? They come in a pack of 8 wrapped little wedges. They are more pricey than a carton of cream cheese, but I like that they are individually wrapped. They are surprisingly satisfying and tasty, and are only 35 calories (the light kind). They really make you feel like you're eating a decadent treat, and I'm all for that!

I've seen them, but I've never tried them. I'll have to pick some up. Cheese is always a good thing.

My favorite snack lately: Special K Italian Tomato & Herb crackers. Obviously.
