The Elephant On My Scale

Feeling as though I need a starting weighing point for this site to see how much (or little) I am losing weight and knowing our trusty digital scale is under the weather due to a lack of a fresh battery, I cautiously made my way into the basement to weigh myself on our backup, ancient antique scale.

This was probably not a good move for my ego. My guess of 265 was dead on. Since the beginning of September, I have gained 25 pounds. That is embarrasing.

Leslie has been doing some elliptical training the past two days so I will need to play catch-up on the exercise training over the next few days.
