60 minutes Level 4 Cross Country on the elliptical

I had THE BEST workout today. The shuffle button on my iPod treated me well, my friends. And it really is all about the music. It's amazing how much faster a great song can make me move. After 5 miles (5 miles, bitches!) and 60 minutes, I felt so incredible that I put Lucy down for a nap and seduced my husband, which may seem like too much information, but really, it's applicable here because it extended my workout by another hour.
