Our Mission

Grimm and Leslie started this blog because they're not accountable enough for their diet and exercise regimen on their own to document their journey and develop a community of support where the fear of your judgment can keep them in line to reach their fitness goals.

If you're up for the trip, there's room for more.

Idol Flashback

Let me tell you just a little story here. Just a mere five years ago, Leslie and I would spend every Wednesday night watching American Idol with Hungry Howie's gooey pizza and delicious chicken wings. It was a tradition of ours and probably contributed to excessive weight gain during this time. But damn was it good.

As I sit here watching Idol, I am craving a slice of that gooey godliness and taking a bite of those wonderous wings. They don't pizza like that down here and I have yet to see chicken wings come close to the size of those back in the day. Good times.

Yes, it is true what they say - Dieting Sucks.

Workout
Ok, so I finally had my "date" with Jillian Michaels but before we began I made one of the smartest decisions EVER. I muted her. So while she is killing me with those damn ab crunches I don't have the added effect of feeling like a total loser while she is harping on me to "push it" and "not to quit". Blah.

I just cannot complete Level 1 all the way yet. I improved on everything, but while I am still am too weak in the arms to complete the level - I am getting closer.
