Level 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

It was a frustrating workout day. Lucy did The Shred with me, which means she ran around me, tried to dive between my legs while I did jumping jacks and sat on my tummy when I did crunches. And some of the exercises I thought I'd mastered were really hard to do today. I had to stop for a few seconds during the push ups, jump ropes, side lunge/anterior raises and the bicycle crunches - you know, pretty much ALL OF THEM - when I'd been making it all the way through them before. Gah!

On top of that, I was a bottomless pit today. All I wanted to do was EAT.
