Here's a great low-calorie snack or dessert or side dish to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Baked Apples

4 apples
1 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons light margarine

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wash apples, core and slice them. Place in baking dish.

3. Mix Splenda and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Place dabs of butter all over the apple slices.

4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes.

These came out to be about 14 calories per slice. I served them alongside tilapia and it was a delicious mixutre of flavors!
