45 minutes Level 6 Hill Run on the elliptical
*Workout song of the day: Light and Day by The Polyphonic Spree, one of my all-time favorite songs. I'm talking my top 3. I love it. And when I run outside, it's the song I skip to when I'm warmed up and ready to take off. It's perfect and sounds exactly how I feel.
I miss running outside. The elliptical really doesn't cut it. It's not the same.

Yeah, so I hit McDonald's today. But I kept my calories in check, which is huge. I can blow a whole day's worth of calories in one meal at that joint, but I showed some restraint. I'm sort of proud of that.
I'm not going to talk about the Peppermint Patty.
