I have mentioned the McDonald's grilled chicken ranch snack wrap. At 270 calaries, it is a solid on the go meal. Today, I looked over the Subway menu online and decided to give them a shot. Hey, if Jared could do it - so could I and decided on a Buffalo chicken sub. A normal 6" Buffalo on wheat is listed at 420 calories, but cutting out the ranch and the veggies knocks it down to 296. Due to the fact that I had not eaten anything all morning, I added Provolone cheese (50 calories) and made it a foot long - a nice filling meal for a guy who was in need for some food. It also shows that at a place like Subway, if you do your research you can make you a good full meal with low calories.
I will not mention the tacos I got on the way to work tonight. At least until tomorrow's post.
It's the price you pay for living in a farming community.
