It might be one of those goofy scientific shapes that only makes sense to people with IQ's over 150, but still - it's a shape.
I think I am finding a nice rhythm to my diet as I have been able to eat when hungry and not become a ravenous jackel looking for any scraps or crumbs that I can shove down my throat. I look forward to my daily treat - Honey Maid graham crackers dipped in milk - and at only 120 calories for every 4 squares (along with the 130 for the cup of 2% milk), it keeps me centered on my calorie range which is 2200 - 2400 right now.
Of course I've never been the observant one.
And to Amy, who became the first person to comment on one of MY posts :-
First off, thank you for commenting. Secondly, you suck. Of course I say with the utmost of jealousy and respect - having done Jillian's 30-Day Confidence Demoralizer much longer than myself. Much in the same way I have been muttering about my wife the last few days for that damn run on Monday.
If it doesn't kill you - It makes you married to my wife.
