So I Had A Bad Day - I Really Bad Day

It figures. One day after stating how I felt I was in a groove with my calorie intake, I completely blow it out of the water today. And right now - the way I feel isn't worth it.

If there is one thing I do more than anything when I am fatigued but HAVE to stay awake is to eat. And eat. And eat. It happened today as I was coming home from work and was trying to doze on the freeway. I pulled off at the next exit, but instead of getting a low-calorie snack or something to nibble on, what do I do? Large Freaking Frosty.

Did I also mention that I have absolutely no resolve or willpower when I am exhausted?

I won't even try to explain the Large @$#!% Fries I had that evening...it was just a bad, bad, bad, bad day.

Workout
Today was supposed to by elliptical day, but due to being extremely tired from the lack of sleep, I went to bed until dinner. Afterward it was house cleaning time -- so again no workout.

I really need to get back on track.
